The buyer shall be solely responsible for ensuring that the purchased goods comply with the laws, food import standards, labeling requirements, packaging regulations, and documentation requirements of the destination country.

The Company does not guarantee that products will be automatically accepted by every country’s import authority unless specifically agreed in writing.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify:

  • Customs documentation requirements
  • Country-specific compliance obligations

9. Quality And Natural Product Disclaimer

Our products are natural agricultural / food products and may be subject to reasonable variation in:

10. CLAIMS, RETURNS & REFUNDS
